Joseph P. McMenamin, MD JD is a physician-turned-lawyer who assists telehealth practitioners to recognize and diminish legal risks.
Myron Pulier, M.D. has been a Board Certified psychiatrist since the early 1970s. He is the co-founder of the TeleMental Health Institute, Inc.
We are a Wyoming-based Institute with a 100% online facility devoted exclusively to telemental health training of professionals.
