The Coalition for Technology in Behavioral Science (CTiBS) is delighted to announce that after two years of negotiations, it has entered into two formal agreements related to the Journal for Technology in Behavioral Science (JTiBS).
The first agreement was with its Editor-in-Chief, the distinguished Don Hilty, MD who has an illustrious career as a telemental health researcher. In his enthusiasm for the journal, Dr. Hilty has already identified a full group of authors and topics for articles to be published in the first issue, scheduled for the Spring of 2016.
No less noteworthy is the highly respected and successful journal publisher, Springer, one of the largest and most digitized journal publishers in the world, with more than 2,900 journals and 200,000 books. Springer will be providing 5 years of support for the journal, which they are making available to all registered CTiBS members as a FREE member benefit.
Professionals with experience and an interest in being Associate Editors or otherwise involved in the new JTIBS Task Force are encouraged to write to firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
To register for membership in CTiBS as a professional or an organization at the current dues rate of $1 per year, join CTiBS now. Dues will be increasing after the first of the year.
