Marlene M. Maheu, PhD is the Founder of the Telebehavioral Health Institute, LLC. and has served as its Executive Director since 2009. She has served more than 45,000 professional association committees, task forces and work groups to develop the ethical policy for telehealth across disciplines. Most recently, she was the Chair of the Telebehavioral Health Competency Task Force for the Coalition for Technology in Behavioral Science (CTiBS) and lead author of the published telebehavioral health competencies.
Myron Pulier, MD was the co-founder of the Telebehavioral Health Institute, LLC. He has been a Board Certified psychiatrist since the early 1970s.
Joseph P. McMenamin, MD, JD, FCLM is a physician-turned-lawyer who assists telehealth practitioners to recognize and diminish legal risks.
