SAMHSA-Sponsored Telebehavioral Health Webinar Is Now Available
On the 21st of August 2018, the Telebehavioral Health Institute (TBHI) was invited to offer a free Telebehavioral Health webinar focused on the legal and ethical issues for the telebehavioral health providers. The hosting parties were the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Behavioral Health Information Technology and Standards (BHITS) initiative.
The TBHI Faculty oversees the development and delivery of telemental health and telebehavioral health training and certification to professional clinicians worldwide. TBHI focuses on legal and ethical risk management related to the use of technologies to better serve behavioral health clients and patients.
